Fox Searchlight Pictures is hosting free screenings all across the country to gear up for the premier! If you go to the main page for 500 days of Summer and look around you can see a link that says "Find Tickets", click on it and then you are in business! And sorry Briye, Miami is already sold out : (

Life Is Beautiful

This morning was wonderful, despite the weather being a little bipolar lately. The sun stayed out just long enough for me to run to the Provo Farmer's Market and go to the bank.

I was even able to ride my bike! Which I seriously have not done in forever. Probably because I got the Stang back and have been wanting to drive it every time I have something I need to do.


I even enjoyed some of the entertainment while I was chomping down on some yummy tamales. (by the way thanks for getting me addicted Fitz!) I just love Saturdays in Provo.

Thanks Boots to the Moon, and thank you tamales for being in my life.

I know I have been off the grid, but one more week and finals will be done with! I will be partying once that time comes. Oh, and keep your fingers crossed that I get a job soon! I decided not to do summer classes so hopefully I get to earn some moolah instead : )

Shiny Toy Guns is not the same without their former female singer Carah Faye. I don't really like the new girls sound. Sorry if you do....

Luckily she started her own band called Versant! Later this year they should be releasing an album and I can't wait. All I have is a teaser of one of their songs, but I have heard some of the other stuff and it seems like there will be a good set of songs coming out of the new group. Thank goodness!

Driving to Northern California from Utah is a longer drive than you think. And with a detour that ads two hours to your trip, you can see we did everything we could to still have a good time.

Two places at one time

Stay in five star hotels and pretend that we are rockstars. Courtesy Miss Allison's DadDance like we mean it.

Relax by the ocean.

Pretend like I'm a tourist still. Although I've been to San Fran several times...
Go places, places I hadn't even been to.
Came to the realization that space is not easily found on road trips.
And so we reward ourselves with sushi and Union Square.
